• Exam Requirement: Some prescriptions may require a pet examination before refilling to ensure your pet is healthy enough for the medication.
• Approval Process: Prescription refills and food orders require doctor approval.
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Your request is not confirmed until you receive a notification from our staff via phone, text, or email.
